Directions: Mix 2 scoops with 8oz (1 cup) of chilled water or plant-based milk. Can be taken any time of day - we like to have it in our morning shake or as a mid-afternoon or post-workout snack.

What form does the protein come in and how do I use it?
The superfood plant protein powder blends well in liquid or can be used in baking. We recommend blending, shaking or mixing 8 oz of water or up to 12 oz of milk (any kind) to make a tasty protein shake.
What’s the best time of day to take the Protein?
For everyday use, nutritional shakes can be taken at any time. For athletes looking to build muscle and aid in recovery, we recommend taking the protein shake during or just after a workout.
How should I store the product?
The product is shelf stable even after being opened. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight and fluctuations in temperature.

The protein currently contains stevia but our in-house chef has used a blend of organic monk fruit and organic stevia to create a balanced sweetness that isn't overpowering.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We source ingredients from North America and Europe whenever possible and only use the highest quality plant-based food that has been certified USDA Organic. Many of the ingredients are native to South America or Asia and are best grown there. Others are seasonal and better quality ingredients can be found in other parts of the world depending on the time of year.
