However, if you’d rather not swallow pills, our ACV tablets dissolve well in hot tea and can also be blended into your favorite smoothie.

Because we’ve chosen to pasteurize and filter our apple cider vinegar (in order to produce the safest product), the “mother” is likely filtered out of our final product. When it comes to vinegar, the “mother” refers to the strands of enzymes and bacteria that give unfiltered vinegar their murky appearance. However, apple cider vinegar with “mother” are often unpasteurized, which brings a much higher chance of contracting a foodborne illness.

Are there any side effects?
